Just came back from my morning walk/grocery run and made myself a green smoothie with spinach/banana/strawberry and it’s actually really good!
Yesterday was my fuck-all day because it was Fridays, so I read a lot (paid ten bucks for an ebook. It was worth it, but not doing it any time soon again) and slept a lot. Got back into Stardew Valley. The minimum graphics kind of turned me off, but after reading reviews, I think I will really enjoy it.
Today, I’m going to do some writing. I might go back and do some editing, but today’s main goal is to write. I want to get 500 words. Or maybe even do a 5 minute sprint first, seeing as how it’s been a while since I’ve written something. I want to get back to the second book of Asura Night. I’ll probably write until 11 and then make chili and just eat off that for a few days. I might take a nap. Oh, who am I kidding, of course I’m going to take a nap. Or maybe I won’t. I took a long nap yesterday and woke up with a headache that wouldn’t go away, no matter what.
As far as my health goals go, I think I’m doing okay, in regards to going on walks. I’m going on Day 6 of hitting at least 10k steps a day, so that’s good. It’s hard to get walking first thing in the morning, but I break up the monotony of walking by catching up on my reading. At this point, my walks are the only time I get any reading done. I really need to read more fiction. I’ve been reading a lot of non-fiction, but I don’t write non-fiction so…
Okay, enough procrastinating. I don’t expect to write a whole lot today, but even 1k would be an achievement considering how little I’ve been writing lately.
