Windows 10…I do not like

Well…this last weekend was a total bust, and I have no one else to blame by myself, blegh. Got the new computer back on Saturday night, but it came loaded with Windows 10, which I do not like in the least and the drivers wouldn’t work with the old printer, so I had to reinstall Windows 7. Which was just as well, considering that the guy who fixed the computer left a bunch of programs I didn’t like and it wasn’t really an English version of Windows, he just changed the names of a couple of stuff. So spent the rest of Saturday night reinstalling Windows and then yesterday, we had people over for a board game day, and after that, I was super pooped. You know, what with people sapping my energy and all.
Today, I’m hoping to get 4 or more 15 minute writing sessions, but I’m aiming for 6. Then 2 or 3 editing sessions, then I’ll email Red. I’ve turned Freedom on to block Facebook until 4 as it’s easily my biggest time sapper.
No new classes this week, sigh. I get the feeling that the next few months are going to be super lean for me. I don’t know how I’m going to pay for edits and send money to Dad every month without having to take money from Dave, sigh.
I wanted to go to the gym today, but I don’t think I will until Wednesday, because tomorrow the ayi is coming and today I wanted to stay home and get some work done. I hate going to the gym unless it’s super early, but geez, it’s still cold out. I can’t wait until I can turn off the heater or until my hands stop getting super cold. That’s probably the hardest thing.
Ah, the problems of a first-world citizen.
Okay, I’m going to do some writing now, then editing and then probably make lunch. After lunch, I’ll take a walk and then come home and do some more work. I have class tonight at 6:30.
Well, here goes.
